Re: Exiles Thread
Solid defensive performance. Don't love how little we actually tried to push for a goal and we don't have the forwards to go long like we did today, but aside from a hairy couple of minutes after the subs, Bradford didn't really create much.
Re: Exiles Thread
Excellent away point - well done O's particularly the backs. Concerning that our forwards were very ineffective but the unbeaten away record continues.

Re: Exiles Thread
Terrible spectacle, one shot on target in the entire game (I don't remember it) good point.

Awful, awful game, Bradford booed off. Well done to everyone.
Forrester absolutely immense, Stevens also really good.

Re: Exiles Thread
Fantastic defensive display
Gilchrist was Solid as anyone
Forrester had a Tough 1st half
but dealt with everything well
2 full backs were really decent .
All round a Deserved hard earned
Point away to the 2nd placed side
before kick off

Re: Exiles Thread
A scrappy ugly game that won't live long in the memory. A point gained and shows the commitment and effort in the group.
That said got to create more and win some home games else 1pt on the road isn't enough to keep us going.

Re: Exiles Thread
I'll take the point, but as an attacking force we were terrible.
No one to carry the ball forward, no passing the ball forwards, just 60 yards hit and hope punts.
We got really lucky today, but this can't go on, it's an awful watch

Re: Exiles Thread
Thought Scarlett was very good. Ran hard all game until the end when he was knackered. Some intelligent touches against an excellent defensive opposition. Kabia didn’t look as good wide left but feels like that will be Connolly’s spot as he gets back to fitness.

Re: Exiles Thread
I’m pleased RW changed things. It didn’t all work out. Kabia struggled on the left. Scarlett did ok. Morris played well and Gilchrist looks a player to me. Hopefully we can build from that performance.

Re: Exiles Thread
I'm happy enough with that point today . I reckon Plymouth and Bradford will win automatic promotion this season so a draw will do me fine . Not many teams will come away from Bradford this season with anything

Re: Exiles Thread
So did I so I will take that draw with both hands . I only wish our home form could improve because at the moment we seem better away .

Re: Exiles Thread
That would be my take although I think any 2 of 6 or 7 could go up automatically. We're not part of that group but could be playoff challengers if Aaron can get fit & hit some form & we improve significantly at home.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: Sat Oct 10, 2026 5:12 pm I'm happy enough with that point today .
