I have never been put on the sex offenders list .

Unlike the lawyers who have & Epstein.

Therefore i can categorically say

On average i have been put on the sex offenders list
Less times than the average lawyer or Jeffrey Epstein.

Well not the average lawyer.

If a 1000 human beings have lost a leg
Then the average ( mean or median )
Will have less than 2
IE 1.99999 recurring all the way to the Nth.

But you cant be on the register 0.00000000000000000000001 times.
