Look, nobody will be getting sacked at Orient if we bring in a new manager, nor should they be. People will just revert back to their original coaching rolls and support the new manager

I dont feel he has lost the dressing room at the moment, but im not sure the players have a lot of faith in him either.
He wont be going anywhere for a few more games at least, and he could well be given the whole season, seeing as only one team go down.
Unlike when the board removed Davis, this wont cost them anything
For me..Id give him around 4 more games, then bring someone else in, if we havent improved
Did you not read Josh Coulson's interview in the programme last week ?

They adore Ross
Why listen to what the club captain has to say, when you can make up your own poisonous assumptions.
Another c**tish thread I'm afraid.
youre not afraid, you love any excuse to have a go at other board members. The only c*** on here is you.

If that happens, I wonder if Jobi will still have coaching role.

Well they're not likely to say the opposite that's for sure. Personally I've already made my choice Option B asap, our cherubic leader has no gravitas for this job and never will have

If we look like we are going down then he will be replaced but I think he will scrape enough points here and there so happy days.

We'd need one hell of a poor run.

If you think Kent is going to support a bloke who repeatedly makes the same mistakes I think you are very much mistaken.
If he plays 5 at the back today we will get hammered and I wouldn’t be surprised if the axe falls soon after.
Mind you if the players don’t have any faith in him we might get hammered anyway.
Needs at Least a draw today.

Listen to yourselves.

We've been through the most horrific set of circumstances this past few months and worse a family have lost a good man. Think about that.

I was not for RE's appointment, but I get it, the reasons why and the more I thought about it the more it made sense. The club is probably still coming to terms with what's happened. Stability is key here, short term thinking is not the answer.

Calling for his head is not the answer and hopefully our owners and board are not knee jerk reactionists.

Get behind the coaching team, get behind the team and back everyone to come through this difficult period and then we can think about getting stronger.

Up the O's

I understand what you're saying but absolutely nobody is calling for Ross to be sacked . If and when a new manager comes in the management staff will just revert back to their original coaching rolls .
