Has to happen, especially as his judgement on everything is ‘impeared’.
Lying to her majesty is as low as it gets.
He can't be impeached, that's only for American politicians

So you do not respect the judiciary?
Spoken like a true right—winger.
Wtf are you talking about ? A court in Northern Ireland and England ruled Boris acted within the Law. A court in Scotland disagreed . The Supreme Court will ultimately decide next week one way or another .
My question was, ‘Do you respect the judiciary?’
As much as I respect you fella, especially the sweaty sock judges

Wait and see what the judiciary says next week in the Supreme Court . They may agree or not but it’s certainly not definitive at the moment

Your grasp of the law is as tenous as your grip on reality.
Would it not be better to assemble the facts, read some commentary on the subject, analyse and then open your mouth and let your belly rumble. The danger of not adopting this approach is that you can look like an utter IMBECILE.

where is your proof.
The judiciary in fair Scotland have spoken. Johnson misled the Queen.
It doesn’t get more definitive than that.
Misleading is not the same as lying

Yeah it's what the posh people say to their own kind when they mean lying but don't because it's not polite.

It's still not the same, it's easy to mislead without lying

Yes, yes professor but that was not my point and where does lying by omission stand in all of this legal gobblydegook

Spen - I'll give you fair warning. My patience with seeing you at the epicentre of another pedantic poo poo-fest is at it's end.
I hope there is no ambiguity about my meaning. (Note already the fate of Lucky 7)

Where did the Scottish Court find that Boris had lied?
There is a huge difference in law between lying & misleading. The Court did not find Boris had lied.
Sorry if it offends you to tell the facts.

I’m not offended by you telling facts. It’s your inability to just leave it there and not get embroiled in endless bickering that gets on my tits.

May I suggest locking up Spen69 with Boris. No need for the hanging, drawing and quartering ( yet )

Did he lie to the Queen? Probably not
Should he be strung up? Need time to think about that. No, but maybe a damn good thrashing.

I can't see what Spen is doing wrong, he's holding his ground on his own job and knowledge of the Law, unlike the trouble makers who refuse to accept his knowledge.

Yes as a lawyer mr mr spen is technically correct however what the admin is focusing on is how spen will treat this forum as a place to be specific to a point it becomes tiresome
Look all of us apart from spen are just people with opinions which are based on our perception
Some times the views which are not technically correct sum up a person feeling
Only a fellow lawyer could determine whether he is ‘technically correct’.

I guess your correct but I am virtually positive mr spen is technically correct on what is really a basic matter
Not tactically correct though.
