What’s your problem? IF volunteers at the supporters club got priority booking good luck to them. They contribute something very positive to the club
Where have I said I have an issue?
LSN said it would be unlikely that all of the volunteers at the club were lucky enough to secure tickets. I simply said he's being naive, of course they would have been given tickets, as the tweet proves.
I didn't say whether that should or shouldn't happen, just that it obviously would happen.
Chill, fella.
GIVEN tickets? So they get them for free too?

Surely their priority should be to provide a service to os fans by opening so we can go and watch the game rather than gallavanting up north to watch the game in person?

They should actually be banned from attending all away games and made to staff the bar to get additional income into OUR club, not giving it away to our rivals.

Banned from home games would probably be better. More people to serve.

Just goes to show that the club is right to takeover the sc.

In all seriousness, the club are missing a trick here - imagine the money they could take over the bar if they put on screenings of games like Huddersfield and Stockport somewhere at the ground.

Blame Richie for taking everyone by surprise.

Is anywhere vaguely local confirmed as showing it? Assumed Big Penny would be a (personally lazy) decent bet but they're very selfishly closed that night.

Their all volunteers who work in the supporters club and don't get paid for doing so.
They also volunteer their services by organising the coaches for the away games.
As there are 23 home league games plus cup games where they work for nothing, surely if the club give them
free tickets (not that I know they do) then who can begrudge them this perk.
Maybe LSN will invite everyone round his as I'm sure he is good at volunteering
They are entitled like everyone else to travel to Stockport next Wednesday.

Even a tinpot outfit like stockport can put on a live screening.
For anyone wanting to go to the second leg still without a ticket, it looks as if Stockport haven't sold out the home ends yet....

I'm surprised the club do not open the Gallery for this. Would it be a risk with unsold beer though could be used for other functions

A supporters club that wont open so that the majority of supporters can watch the game?
When was the last time supporters club opened for an away game?! Supporters club staff who run the coaches and serve 100's of people on a home match day and not even get paid for it? Maybe you could get a few volunteers together to serve the beer? The club might open it for you.
