The “second parent” concession is an interesting one to square with the proof of eligibility being required

Yes it should, you're right.
Got through this morning and the T/X money should be appearing as a discount on the purchase page of the new season ticket so there is an error.
If it's happening to me it will be happening to others - Email the club with client ref and games you sold tickets - and they should be able to put it right.

That 'error' that has seemingly occured every year.

You're right. I only had 1 x £10 credit on there for the last home game, which was showing at the time but has now disappeared

I'm currently having issues with the age bands, I'll move on to the missing money once I've sorted that out. FFS.

A second parent is like when you have another mum but normally a man one. Some of the kids at your school might have had it?

Concession rate applies if you bring the “second parent” of your child to a match.

Obviously this is open to abuse as I doubt they’ll be demanding birth certificates

They have enhanced it this season, the "system" shows I have no ticket exchange credit it's all been wiped, so that's £20 they have saved. well done O's.
Should have saved those bloody emails can't trust the club anymore.

Do you have the emails the club send when your seat gets sold?

The club really need to get this working without fans having to complain to get it fixed, otherwise people wont bother using it.

No I auto delete my mails after 6 months unless they are really important (and these were August/September games) lesson learned now when it comes to Leyton Orient.

My credit is there. If I login to ticketing, the balance is shown when I click on the account icon in top right.

So literally all my transaction details for this season are missing, transactions on there came to abrupt end in July 24 and then a couple recently but 8 months worth are gone covering my ticket purchases for cup games and the like and ticket exchange details. Some system that is.

If you felt really arsey you could submit a Subject Access Request for all emails that the Club has sent you, plus all internal records about you - your resold ticket transactions must be linked to your record so they'd be included.

Thanks Spike I'm really tempted to do that out of principle because there is so much missing on the account. The ticket office manager couldn't even be arsed to talk to me about my concerns as she only deals with emails. The girl on the phone in the office was helpful but not a lot she could do.

As long as they bring their parents. That should suffice.

What do we all think………
Well you did ask. Firstly the buggering about of fixture dates and times away from traditional 3.00pm Saturday matches is an issue for me as I can generally only make Saturday home games because of other caring commitments and extensive travel involved in getting to games because of where I now have to live. Secondly I am very aware of the argument put forward by some on here that If you have a Season Ticket you should attend (it ain’t that simple people) and I have some sympathy for that view. Thirdly the Ticket Exchange doesn’t provide enough incentive to use it. Finally though I have supported the O’s for tens of years including periods where I purchased a Season Ticket just to support the Club and to sever that commitment is a bloody big issue for me for so many reasons including the generations of my family that have gone before me and our unwavering support for the O’s.

I’ve mulled it all over. I hate the Sky deal, I hate the EFL. I will always love and support our Club. Outcome…..I will renew for next season but with significant reservations and it may well be for the last time.
I can totally relate to this
