It’s not that difficult. When stuff goes wrong, everyone has a different idea of how and why it’s gone wrong, and their own issues with players and systems get thrashed out.
When Orient win, there’s less conflict because something has worked well and there’s more consensus on it

Guess it just depends on your personality. I’m obviously a lot more of an upbeat, positive than you whiners.
