Back in the summer when we got Pigott though didn't hear it come back around in the January. What was mentioned was that we missed out on a striker (not Kelman apparently) by being too slow to get a deal done, that's nothing to do with budget just poor processes.

I don't think it was described as us being 'too slow', i remember it as being said that the selling club pulled out.
