They improved by being better footballers now/when they left us, compared to when either Richie joined the club or when they joined the club.

Re Ruel: you honestly don't think he was a better player when he left us in June 2024, compared to when Richie joined the club in March 2022? Bless. :D

A vague response. For example, how has Kelman improved, specifically?
Vigoroux, El Mizouni & Smyth were amazing loan signings for a L2 club. I'd suggest they were just very good players for the level & were the primary reason for our promotion.
