The pension thing is legally watertight. It’s his money, he’s been paying into the BBC pension fund from his salary from the day he started working for them. Exactly , correct. Also, the BBC pension fund isn’t owned or controlled by the BBC anyway, like my BT pension. It’s run by a separate company.
