Strange commentary - more interested in colour of boots and hair-styles! Eg "the sub Clarkes luscious locks" on for the bald Pratley.

If anyone thinks Kelman is the solution, they need there head checked, one goal in the opening league game, since then nothing bar an awful Newport team, Wigan dropped him after two games last year, Ruel was often laughed at but he is twice the player and nightmare to play against, Forde too

Blimey, what a really poor penalty.
We could do with a young Dave Dunmore.

Wow just when things can’t get any worse, we go and get beaten by a team of kids
No more 2 up top
No more diamind
We need to go back to basics
4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1
2 wide players with 1 up top

Is 442 only for non league sh*t Cup yes I know but we should be winning games or at least put in an effort I see the same keeper mistakes the first thing we needed to do was spend money on a keeper I.e payed transfer as I do thing that the loan market has not been kind as is the recruitment process bad

You may wish that, but the real fans who watched it know differently.

Totally agree. We desperately need Theo and Graham back ro give width and the ability to take on full backs. Our finishing was dire tonight . Cannot see us getting many goals this season with Kelman and Agea as finishers. Perkins and DJ ( cannot spell surname) are very poor . Wiellens with the additions added to squad has his work cut out to keep us in L1. Our near first team squad tonight were beaten by a team of boys..Another 2 mistakes has cost us tonight. Howes positioning for the second goal was awful.

Doesn't matter if we are some sort of TV as we are not worth watching sorry we need a keeper I know that it's early but we need to improve or we will go down

Craziest thing about Kelman is that he is technically the most “high profile” signing we made this summer. Let that sink in. He was the “exciting” player Travis promised us….

Kelman never has and never will be a CF or middle striker, end of. We cannot score goals with either Kelman or Dan A playing up front on their own. Wellens has so put an end to his stubbornness and find a system that plays 2 stikers up front together.

Who should we have signed instead, caller?

Just back from the game. We got matched stride for stride by an energetic set of young lads who never gave us an inch and were technically very good. Our midfield was never given a chance to play with the ball by them. The only place we dominated was in the air. Having said that, they never dominated us - but you would not have expected a team of 17 and 18 year olds to.
This was their 3rd team - and they had 3 players away on international duty - but by all accounts it has far more promise than their U21 group. I'm not sure how many of their boys will make it as pro's, but they gave a good account of themselves tonight.
As for us, I can't say anyone stood out. I may have said the Oxford lad was an asset - but he then went and got bullied for their second goal.

Brown pulled out late with a groin injury (Wellens post match interview)
