A grand total of 48 mins and he’s been written off.

That's quite an improvement.
Many of the whiners on here write a player off before they've even put an Orient shirt on; such is their "knowledge".

I think Frank Nouble has that title.
I’ll see you Nouble and raise you
Steve McCormick from Dundee..

A loanee so poor after his performance
at Cambridge away there was a bucket
at the exit to raise funds to fast track
him back to Dundee..

Oxford gave him 12 minutes of league 1 football, from the bench, before writing him off and sending him back last season.

Sometimes something is so obvious you just know straight away.

You’ve missed a lot of key information out about why but yes, his loan was cut short

Why did he go back early? Genuine question, I don’t know.

Ask Des Buckingham.

Liam Manning was his manager for West Ham u23. He brought him into the club a month after the season started and they had players in form who he couldn’t drop. Manning went to Bristol City and Perkins went back to Leeds in January. New manager had different priorities than to develop a young striker when they were trying to get promoted.

Yes they have however like I said before there seems to me that something is happening behind the scenes? As for Perkins from what little I’ve seen of him he seems a little lazy to me and doesn’t really want to roll his sleeves up and get stuck in. What he doesn’t realise is that he’s going to be without a club when his contract runs out and will probably drift out of football at an early age if he doesn’t knuckle down.

You didn't read the link I posted above where Manning said Perkins wasn't showing enough in training?

He's not good enough for this level yet (probably ever, if I'm being honest).

It’s literally what he said.

“He’s improving in training but we still want more from him. He’s still going to play a part, it’s just a case of when.

“He’s just got to make sure he keeps his head down and keeps working. We support him and brought him in because we know some of the qualities he’s got.

“It’s about now making sure that he hits the level in training every day, so when someone’s level drops or there’s an injury, he’s ready to step in and grab the opportunity.”

He’s better than that Edwards last season, but nowhere near as good as that Adu-Adjei. A waste of a loan signing.
You do know that Edwards will now terrorise us tomorrow evening!
