Takes longer to get to Zone 11. They asked for my address Weds morning and ticket arrived less than 24hrs later. Definitely worthy of an award.

Have been unable to order for collection today. Either pay £1.50 for unnecessary postage, or risk* them all being gone by the time I get to the ticket office.
*this is a small risk, admittedly - but they have confirmed it is their new policy not to offer collection from online sales until much close to match day, so if any allocations sellout this season then add £1.50 to the price of your ticket to make sure you get one.
