Would love to see Harris pip Trump to the post. Mind you I'd love to see a one-eyed chimpanzee with terminal dysentery pip him to the post if that was the only alternative - would do a better job (bie) too.

Yup, as to be expected. The alternative would tend to motivate most rational people tbh.

Trump is such an ignorant uncouth man, with no social graces.
A truly horrible individual

I suspect Harris will easily win the majority vote but how that translates through the Electoral College is another matter.

UK and US democracy; a total sham.

Hey RedDwarf, looking forward to you calling this out, seems like that 'election integrity' you champion might be under threat?!

It's incredible that more isn't being made of his comments. This really shouldn't be just shrugged off.

Good let us hope it works but if Kamala does get to be President, well a real tough job in front of her, especially having to deal with the many ruthless dictators springing up the world over, starting with the megalomaniac Putin !

Agreed. It’s an indication of how we have all become used to hearing and ignoring outrageous statements from our leaders. Trump especially.

It feels like this was an old fashioned “wince test” and he and his team will feel empowered by the lack of outrage at his speech.

Trump is a sick in the head man, complete nutcase, utterly lost the plot.
What a frightening thought of a never ending Dictatorship of the Trump family.

If Trump loses again, particularly if it's a close run thing, I doubt he will accept defeat graciously.

He could easily invite his people to "fight", and all hell could break out

Trump is despicable

Ridiculous post . America is not North Korea . The American people would never tolerate a dictatorship from either the left or right .

Like on January 6, 2021 when the United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. was attacked by a frantic mob of Trump supporters who had been urged on to do so by the then-U.S President Donald Trump. The occasion that the mob wanted to stop was to verify the election results of two months earlier when Trump was defeated by Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Many of these individuals were actively looking for Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi and threatening to hang both of them, they even erected a temporary gallows outside the building to show their intentions. Meanwhile Trump watched the carnage live on tv and still refused to make a live tv broadcast to tell the rioters to go home, that only came hours later when it became evident that the attempted storming of Capital Hill had failed.
