I believe Anderson's comments stem from the lack of met police action against Jew hate within the weekly marches plus the demonstration in Parliament Sq. He patently believes they are acting under Khan's orders to ignore, however I am not saying he is right.
Calls of 'From the river to the sea....' plus the projection of that phrase is just calling for genocide of the Jews in Israel and the obliteration of that country.

I don't like Anderson at all. In fact I immediately switch over when he comes on GB news. (Yes, horror of horrors I actually watch it on occasions.) I don't believe Muslims control London, like he said, but I do believe he's right by saying that Khan would favour them. No surprise there. Of course he would. Apart from that i can't endear myself to Khan in any way. I find him insincere and a bit of a snide.

Has any of Khan's actions ever led you to think that or is it simply cause of his own faith and background?
Really am struggling to think of any evidence that supports the idea. I can't think of many religious politicians who cite their faith less when setting out their worldview.

Blair and Ann Widdicombe, come to mind for some reason changing religion at some point?

He's a moronic pub bore stoking division in order to further his own media career.
Just calling him a c*** would've sufficed.
That's a banning offence, surely?

Islamists do not 'control' anything meaningful in the UK.
There's an argument to be made that Islamist movements (like other fascists) will seek to infiltrate and erode the veracity of democratic and/or secularist institutions, but they are thankfully inept at doing this effectively and at scale. They're actually more prone to internal divisions and splinter groups than lefties.
Are there any other religions who have tried to infiltrate institutions and have they been more successful?

Do people really think calling for a free Palestine is the same as calling for the genocide of Jews in Israel?

The guys a nut. He’s clearly playing to a specific audience who do think this.
Look at the comments under any post my Khan or about anything he has done. Anderson is just trying the lowest level populism possible and probably succeeding with his audience
There’s a regular O’s fan that many of you will know, one of my elder brother’s schoolmates who I’ve known for decades, and he’s fully invested in the Khan Islamist nonsense. He’s an avid DM reader and has fallen for this nonsense head first, and he gets really wound up if you try and point out the obvious to him. It’s incredible, and also incredibly disappointing.

To be fair, it must be frustrating when you're in government trying to implement your policies - and Islamists, leftie judges, the Deep State, transport workers, doctors, nurses, teachers, postal workers and civil servants are all getting in your way.

So what do you think 'from the river to the sea....' means? Some sort of rhyming slang?

It’s a rhyming couplet, not rhyming slang. ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’.
The only ones claiming this means something other than for Palestine to be free are those that don’t want Palestine to be free/exist. (Delete as appropriate).

It means different things to different people.
I'm fairly certain that most of your middle-class, purple-haired, yoghurt-knitting, protest luvvies don't give it much more thought than as a right-on chant for the liberation of an oppressed minority group. But then there will be some people, possibly including those Islamists everyone is banging on about, who will chant it whilst also believing in the eradication of Jews from the region.

Yep: the whole point of sloganeering (and the reason it’s generally a good idea to avoid them) is that the vagueness of what they actually mean is what allows slogans to be used to intimidate even while some people use those slogans with no intention of intimidating anyone.
At the same time, if you adopt a slogan without fully understanding the various ways it can be used, it’s disingenuous to be outraged when you’re assumed to have views you don’t have: chanting a slogan is to categorise yourself into a group that uses it, in doing so, you sacrifice the specificity of your own views in service of the catchiness, at the cost of associating yourself with all uses of the slogan.

Do you accept that that are some people, even if an extremist minority, who do chant that phrase with Anti-Semitic intent?
