It’s nice to be just about free from relegation everything else is a bonus, feel a bit sorry for Carlisle they have some good support as shown by the turnout at the O’s.

Shaq Forde, getting better with every game, really impressive & is going to be some player.B.whitehouse+10more wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:45 pmFordes not doing a bad impression of big KevStan1972 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:41 pm It’s nice to be in the position to dream of play offs, whilst it’s possible let’s all believe, and enjoy, as RW and the boys, give it a go!
Realistically, we would need the run to continue for next 5 games and see what the table looks like at the end of Feb.
Will need the squad to say injury free, and hope one of the young loan forwards, is our 88/89 Kevin Campbell
I trust RW, but don’t understand why Pigott is still getting mins, ahead of the 2 new loanees?
Pigott is embarrassing and the young guys deserve to be given a chance.
It’s exciting times, so let’s enjoy
The two new loanees are not playing because they’re not ready.Stan1972 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:41 pm It’s nice to be in the position to dream of play offs, whilst it’s possible let’s all believe, and enjoy, as RW and the boys, give it a go!

I have always viewed 52 points as the benchmark for League One safety . We've nearly achieved that total so I'm happy . Anything after that is a bonus .
Would you settle for 7 × 1-0's home winsLong slender neck wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 5:15 pm
Cant see us winning 7 at home. We've only managed an average of 1 goal a game at home this season.
Reckon we'll win more than 2 away though.
Definitely. Although i wouldn't be enthralled.y o y o y wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2024 12:23 pmWould you settle for 7 × 1-0's home winsLong slender neck wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 5:15 pm

That extra away win will help, I'd like it to be at Stevenage
Stevenage without Agyei and Omar is not a great prospect.
Hopefully Omar will be back by then. But it's certainly not the kind of match you'd expect Adu-Adjei or Edwards to thrive in.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2024 3:13 pmStevenage without Agyei and Omar is not a great prospect.
Actually, yes . The club has ambition so we must try .Orient_Man_And_Boy wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2024 6:41 pm Let’s see what our latest loaners can do.
Let’s be honest a back-to-back promo would be stunning and not something we’ve ever done but we’d get pulverised in the Championship and be straight back - is that worth such an early rise?
It’s certainly not an easy call but my concern would be the ‘stickability’ of many of the crowd whom we gained these recent years during relatively good times. Would they stay if we went up and straight down? We could not endure the associated lose of revenue and we could languish in L1 longer as a result.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2024 6:48 pmActually, yes .
