Forde can beat a man and get himself around the pitch to chase down loose balls or aimless punts. Ruel is only going to be useful if/when there's a chance that needs burying, his contribution outside of the box is normally minimal.
Charlton are there to be beaten but we don't look very capable of it.
I agree, they’re certainly no better than us.

Ahh Dave Victor
"Eddie May has gone central" then follows it up with "Hunt is away ...it's panto season he's behind you, someone should be given him a shout, loses the ball"

Yellow card for Hunt there a joke. Ref indicates the free kick goes out way, Hunt tries to play it early, then gets booked for kicking the ball away as the ref changed his mind.

That`s 64 yellow cards now. Only Wigan (65) have more.

Shows what a difference having a winger capable of beating his man makes. Agyei did brilliantly there. Him and Forde creating real problems with their pace and dribbling.

Seeing the #7 shirt beating defenders and creating a goal was a sight to behold

Well done the O's!!! We deserved to win, clean sheet, Alfie May anonymous. Would liked to have seen Agyei on earlier

Big win, definitely the better team in the second half. Once Agyei is fit enough to start every game, I think we'll look a very different team. Has that unpredictability and movement we've been so short of for months. This and the Bolton game have given me a bit of confidence that we should be OK come end of the season.
Despite having some obviously talented players, Charlton were abysmal - no fight or drive to get the ball and control the game.

Could be argued having an explosive 15 mins from him against tiring legs was all part of the plan

We really needed those 3 points ! Pity about Os picking up 5 yellow cards, Archibald plus one each for all the back four !

Thought we were gonna have some suspended for accumulated yellows today actually, the FA site is useless when trying to look it up though

Yes agree plus he cant be rushed back too quickly whilst he is still getting back to his full fitness, he is still getting over that nasty ankle injury.

We looked solid and I think with the exception of Ageyi it feels like Richie had found his best xi. Back to basics. Beckles next to Happe. Prats and el miz in the middle. Forde was man of the match. He was everywhere and offers us so much more than drinan or Pigott

Wonder how that leaves us for the next few games, players suspended etc ?
