Sorry, but, while the O.G. Liz was a pretty cool monarch, she doesn't qualify.
Elizabeth I (7 September 1533 – 24 March 1603) was Queen of England from 1558 until her death in 1603.
As per the official definition as approved by the board, she was born at least a century too late:
