Right in front - and looking right at - the 4th official. I'm not usually one to join in the "he fancied Xmas off" (although one of my pals who used to play for Raith Rovers did "somehow" [wink] always manage to get much of the festive season off), but I'm not sure what else to think about this. Surely no-one can be that stupid ?

Nonsense. He’s playing for his footballing career. He’s had loads of Xmases off previously.

IMO yes, he’s had 2 reds so far and now misses 3 games, there’s just as good out there and we need goals first and foremost, our priority must be getting a decent forward in, more easy to replace a CB. I appreciate you may see it differently

I personally can’t get rid but the club can, think his loan stops in January anyway and I don’t think Wellens would want to resign him after yesterday?

I don't disagree, other than the Wigan game at home, I think generally he's been our best defender since he got here. Having said that he is a head case. Yesterday was an unprovoked assault. The game was more or less gone from that point. A similar incident occurred when he got sent of at Gillingham, fortunately only in the League Trophy. I also think there have been other questionable challenges he has got away with. It's not as if he was retaliating. If he goes back to Swansea, can we have him back for a one match loan against Stevenage, please don't put Turns in the team for that one.

Remember Dean Smith Destroying Leo Fortune west's Eye socket & putting him out of the game for 3 or 4 months.
Admittedly Deano had had the same done to him previously.

We can all moan about it being unprofessional, but we don't know if it was revenge for when Cooper was down in the 1st half .
