Southend Utd ,the team I love to hate but admire their fanbase immensely for turning out in the numbers that they do . Good luck to them .

My son in law supports them and is very concerned for their future,comments like this are not the view of every football fan ,remember we nearly went out of business.

I don't particularly like Southend , then again I don't like West Ham or Millwall either , I wouldn't want to any team go out of business though

Come on chaps be sensible weather you like Southend or not there a football club just like ours and if it wasn’t for our chairman and board we could possibly be in the Essex Senior League now. Just look what happened to Bury and a few others like them. Yes we have a rivalry and yes we get passionate but we are all supporters,aren’t we?

As I said your obviously not a football fan, as any football fan with half a brain would not wish that on their worst enemy, especially an Orient fan, who has been in Southend’s position of nearly losing their beloved club.

If I may interject? I think the phrase “ die die die” has probably got people’s backs up? This has been my whole point that I’ve been banging on about lately. If the the post had said something in the lines of “I don’t really care about Southend” or “ just not interested in that rubbish “ it wouldn’t of sounded so bad. Why people really hate other clubs is beyond me but there entitled to there view so long as it’s not vile,which some of these comments on here tend to be. Let me clarify,there views are not vile but the way they phrase them is imo. The way you have put it in my view is acceptable but the phrase “die die die” is a little strong imo
