2 things: it’s clear that a director of football is critical in the role as support to a manager/coach. In ML we clearly have the best of the best, that has brought out the very best in 2 high calibre individuals,

Getting back in the League was good however to me Being League 2 Champions against tougher opposition made me cry so much more, that last week was the bizz, will stay with me to the end.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2023 9:38 amWhile I’m absolutely delighted we’re back in League 1 as League 2 champions, promotion from the National League was a touch better. Bit strange for me the crying thing - was bawling my eyes out at the beginning of the season in anticipation that this was the year. Was hardened to the inevitable when it came to it.
