Took us 6 months from January to sell our house in Aylesbury. Prices have def dropped though as we were buying too not affected. Better for the kids though. I can see further reductions

Not a expert on house prices and whether Brexit will be a positive or negative on the market. Have been a home owner since early eighties and this as enabled me to have more choice with my future decisions regards location and type of property to be purchased. Resided in my present property for 4 years and it's value has increased 15%. One of the worst scenarios for any country is UNCERTAINTY which would obviously have a massive impact on the country. Be that the pound, house prices and trade. Calling i think 52% of voters clowns is a bit unfair. Maybe CONYO's if in 3 or 4 years time your house price shows a increase in it's value from when the UK leaves the European Union ( if that happens? ) maybe you will pass on your profit to the retired clowns assosciation. You are probably a better judge than me but if i was such a good forecaster of the property market and currency values as you are then surely you should be playing the stock markets. As with everyone hope your property brings you rewards for your investment, but dont bank on it.

I also forecasted on the day of the referendum, that if we leave the EU, the pound would fall to parity with the dollar. On the day i said that, the pound was 1.54 with the dollar. Its about 1.22 now, but my forecast will happen, if we leave with no deal

what clowns decided leaving the EU was a good idea?
4% more than you other clowns who are sh*t scared of letting the 5th largest economy in the world look after it's self
Righty-O, we have such a fine, trustworthy and competent bunch of politicians negotiating for us. The same crew who have created the biggest political feck up in living memory. Why should we be worried?

It's a home, not a f*cking investment.

Everything wrong with our society is right there.

Correct. Which is why there should be no private landlords. All land should be held in common for use by the community.

So what, house prices in London are too expensive anyway . Anyway, If you want to sell your house and move the chances are the house you're moving to would have also dropped in price as well so you're no worse off. Listen Mystic Meg, the pound fluctuates against the dollar all the time so what the hell are you talking about . Now we have that foaming at the mouth EU federalist as the EU Commissioner , what clowns think it's a good idea to change our minds are stay . Von Der Leyen is desperate for an EU superstate and the creation of a combined EU army. She's an EU fanatic and even the Germans think she's incompetent so she should fit right into the job.

Back in the day it was only Tories that owned a house...the rest of us were either renting or in council places....How things have changed...

If you sell now you will not get what you think your house is worth. Few buyers out there & prices are dropping especially in South East & particularly London. You may think house is worth X but you will not get it
