Totally agree. With El Miz and Brown out Clay should have started. RW said. Lydon was brought in as he knows what is expected of him having played for him before. Poor choice on the fact that he has not played for over a year. It’s borderline amateurish. The kind of thing you’d expect from a club lingering around the bottom of the conference South, not a team genuinely challenging for the League 2 title.
I feel like the decision bring Lyden in and stick him in the team is getting lost in the general malaise of our recent poor form but when you think about it, it’s an utterly shambolic situation.
