No you shouldn't laugh. Surely you are not that horrible?
To be honest I have my doubts Sid
exists as a " real life person "
I Did read over on the other board one
of our old contributors was on
crutches not just for slipping on Ice
But for having problems with both of his
knees & an ACL 50 years ago !

Over there he said it happened
on the 17th of december not the 15th
& it was " badly twisted & Not Ruptured " !

See for yourself

OK, you carry on laughing at (and querying the honesty of) a perfectly nice fellow who, by the sound of it, has been in significant pain. It's a great look.

Im not laughing ,sid said he ruptured it on the 15th of december whilst dennis on the other board said badly twisted on the 17th . Im just trying to ascertain 1 person 2 falls seperate days or 2 people 1 fall each different days & 1 or 2 seperate injuries on 1 knee or different knees ?

Worry about next season in june , Budgets have already been dealt with .
At the moment Leyton Orient are the last of my worries, I fell over on the icy path on December 15th and ruptured my knee, in agony for 3 weeks and still on crutches.
Ouch! On my birthday an all
15th or 17th Mr B ?

There seems to be conflicting accounts of
days person/s fell

Agree. Something needs to change quickly to get back on track again if we are to get promoted and picking up points again. No doubt losing Beckles for 3 games and Dans bad knee injury was all part of this bad run. We had been struggling to score goals for a while now but our tight defence helped to pick up points, Time for now for a reset, Also to consider that even if we were to gain promotion, the team must be strong enough to hold its own in Division One, no good going up then coming straight back down again !

What has happened to Tom James . I think he's Championship standard but he seems to have fallen off a cliff . Also Moncur needs dropping . I don't know what's going wrong with him but he's supposed to be our creative player and yet he's producing next to nothing .

Dunno about Championship standard but he was kind of Mr Reliable with a growing penchant for scoring outstanding goals but he started tailing off before Xmas and since then has turned absolute garbage. Something not right or he just needs a massive, belated, kick up the arse.

Let us hope the new players find fitness and good form and that we start to pick up points again and of course start scoring goals again.

Thanks for your kind message, but as to ''Running again'', how I wish !! This is all down tp a long term injury to my right knee originally sustained over 50 years ago when I ruptured my ACL lknee ligaments doing a rather rash tackle playing football, something I have since deeply regretted ! Since that time the knee has given non stop pain and problems and despite 4 operations getting worse every year. This time its the worst its ever been. Still on crutches after falling on icy path outside my house on 15th Deceember 2022.
