An Utter Disaster

After a freezing 7 days the temperature shot up enough today, so that a frozen outside water pipe on our outbuilding thawed and leaked copiously. I’ve just isolated the supply there, mopped up the mini-flood, and - as I avoid plumbing chores - will get someone in to sort it out…eventually.
