So where is the pressure going to come from to put things right? Labour? His own party? Social media moaning? The Guardian?

Boris will do exactly what he wants and is free to ignore opinion, Starmer, Newspapers. Given his huge majority he can do what he likes pretty much and there is naff all anybody can do to stop it. That is the truth of it.

Cummings should be history, Williamson ruled over an absolute fiasco and should be sacked. But if Boris chooses to keep them he can. He is almost untouchable. Thanks to a very large majority.

After the last 9 months, Doh, with everything we know and the way the PM has acted, if presented with the choice again would you still vote for Boris over Corbyn?

I would never vote for Corbyn. But Starmer? Thus far the answer is probably. Of course in 4 years time the current mess will be history, Johnson will have had the opportunity to screw up or make good and Starmer may have freed himself of the current Labour mess and present his idea for the future.

I continue to remind people that the current crap that is politics is part of his legacy and when we are all having a go at Untouchable BoJo we need to remind ourselves why he is in such a strong position.

What people like you just don’t get was the choice. Corbyn or Johnson. Johnson won not because he was the best, but the least worse. It’s not complex. People rejected Corbyn, they didn’t have a massive love in with Johnson. Corbyn was crap. Corbyn was incompetent. Not a great trait in a two horse race.

So what were people like me supposed to do? Not much of a choice. I didn’t vote for Johnson, but against Corbyn.

I give up.

Please do me a favour and never vote for the Labour Party. Losing by 80 seats last November was embarrassing enough!

I'd take a little bet that will happen before the next four and a half years have passed!

Even if it does come sooner than expected, a sizeable number of Labour's own supporters don't fancy their party's chances in the next general election, which is quite remarkable given both the mess the current Government is in and the amount of time Labour have to turn things round.

Labour List is NOT open only to Labour Party Members to read. It is not behind a pay wall; nor does it have any restricted access whatsoever.

In a similar way, the polls that they run are NOT open only to Labour Party Members to complete. There is no verification process; such as Party Membership Number. To this end, any amount of Ivan's or Sergei's can complete the questionnaire.

To this end, results can be taken with a pinch of salt. I wouldn't be too confident.

I mean you could have also just not voted for Boris Johnson if you thought he was so terrible.

What are the key differences between Corbyn and Johnson that Johnson is so much better at (or at least a bit better at) that means you'd absolutely never vote for JC but would vote for BJ. Specifically? I'm really desperately trying to understand it.
