If you are loving what these protestors do so much, as a sort of kindred spirit, then perhaps you should think of joining them ?

I have no Intention of joining them as
they are standing ( well sitting) for something
they truly believe in .

I as a Non driver find it rib tickingly funny
that so many are so Irate at them for having the temerity
to sitdown on a road .

Not funny at all for the drivers on the road who need to get to the destinations they set out for, especially if it is an urgent need where they cannot hang around for hours waiting, just a couple of examples, going to an airport to catch a plane, urgent need to get to a doctors appointment on time.

Good point Sid.

Someone should let the protestors know they may be inconveniencing people, they’ll probably stop and go home when they realise that.

The protesters are being so thoughtless. They should have given advance notice of the location of their intended actions to minimise disruption and thus ensuring sick people can get to hospital and holiday makers catch their earth killing flying machines.

Am I correct in thinking that you are or were a taxi driver ? If that is or was the case, then you more than many other road users will be fully aware of how inconvenient these protestors actions are to the average road user and especially to those like yourself whose livelihood depends on roads not suddenly being blocked for hours on end.

When it comes to inconveniencing me at work Renfrewshire Council and that fat cow at the Station are the main culprits.

The M25 protesters have given the Govt the excuse to introduce tougher laws and penalties which will be used to quash a variety of other protests... well done !

Ahhh its the protestors fault that the Government are slowly cutting down our freedoms to protest, and otherwise?

I do wonder how so many people fall for the same old tricks.

They're only acting against "non-legitimate" protests, though, so I'm sure we don't have to worry.

True as long as no one shouts too loud about something they disagree, i'm sure they will be fine.

I was 100% behind the demonstrators, but it's getting too much now. I think we should hit back.
Just get hold of them and carry them away. Give them a slap if they resist.
Theyre just obnoxious little runts, who need a good wash, and then to get a job and work for their living, like I used to before I was old and knackered.
If they camp in front of me, I'll run them over,I genuinely will .

Other way round for me - I was against the irresponsible crusties in the beginning, but having read how the world is doomed unless the government sticks some glass fibre matting into our lofts for free I'm now 100% behind them, even if they do stop ambulances ferrying the sick to hospital and perhaps cause the occasional death.

It's great to see you having the passion to get right behind the insulators and cheering them all the way to Doomsday.

The occasional death is a necessary sacrifice in the scheme of things when you are fighting for survival of the human race. I bet that's what Churchill used to say.
