We dont currently produce enough food for the population we have . Therefore , building on farmland is not really a sensible suggestion is it. That and geography. Human need and greed make people want to be closer to the action. There are 100s of sports pitches up& downt the country not being usrd , there are thousands of miles of national parks not being used , dont talk twaddle about us using all available land .
Raise taxes so we can cover the cost of food production meaning wr can eat cheaply .
