Starmer condemns the thuggery and rightly so.

He also said anyone who is protesting because of the colour of people’s skin or their religion are far right racialists.

What he didn’t address is the valid concerns of millions of people, some of whom demonstrate peacefully. They are not thugs, but are seeing millions of pounds being spent daily to house illegal immigrants, hotel accommodation, free medical treatment etc etc, while his government is removing the winter fuel payment to pensioners, intends putting up taxes, and we’ve got British people living on the streets, including some of our veterans. It is also increasingly difficult to get doctor’s appointments and for many of the British population to even find an NHS dentist.

That is what is annoying a significant number of law abiding citizens of this country, economic migrants seem to be getting better treatment than people who have lived here all their lives and paid taxes, and it is not a racialist or anti religious standpoint.

Not seeing many of these law abiding citizens grabbing one of the small minority of bad apples and saying “what are you doing mate? You can’t chuck a brick at a person or set fire to a building with people in it! Are you mad?”

It looks a lot more like there’s a mob, some of whom are angry enough and stupid enough to carry out serious crimes, while others are happy to cheer them on.

Don't think a PM coming out and validating the 'legitimate concerns' of racist rioting morons that have seized upon a completely unrelated tragedy to burn down libraries and police stations would have been a great mark of leadership.
