Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
For me.. What Paul Terry did or didn't do, or the consequences of his actions are not what causes my distaste for this whole shambles.
What has really pissed me off is that, somewhere, among the powers that be at LOFC, somebody must surely have been aware of how divisive this appointment would be. And at a time when we really need a huge dose of positivity around the place, this decision is inexplicable.
Because, if getting Paul Terry was the deal breaker to get Wellens in, then we really are scraping the bottom of the barrel .

Appreciate this is an emotive subject but quite a lot of you on both sides of this debate need to calm the f*** down and get a grip of yourselves.
Advice taken on board. I have a grip of myself right now.

Who would have predicted, this time last week, that the message board would have been sent into meltdown mode by Paul Terry of all people. You have to laugh.

One of the worst players I've ever seen in an Orient shirt - slow and unfit. How can he be a COACH??

Amazing that so much material can be generated by 6 people and their aliases. Admin really does have their work cut out.Chocolate_brownie wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 5:42 pmYou’ve really been put through your paces this week.

That's my whole issue with this batsh*t crazy reaction. It's entirely emotive. I've not read any credible rationale or reasoning to justify the reaction, or to try and counter points raised be sensible and level-headed boarders like me and Spike.

You reprobate!
If you’re making direct accusations just let me know!
I’m sure you’d like to have your collar felt, along with a solicitor’s letter!
What a you are!
Suggest you engage your small brain before posting crap!

Ffs. You know this place doesn't work like that? If it was inhabited by rational people prepared to think before posting, everyone would've f*cked off years ago.
It's what biscuits were made for.

Maybe we should just have let the deal break and let 'arrold carry on as manager.sopranO wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 5:16 pm For me.. What Paul Terry did or didn't do, or the consequences of his actions are not what causes my distaste for this whole shambles.

Dumb of me to ask. Still at least he's cut back the number.

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
The reasons people don’t want him at our club have been listed. I can list them all again if you like but you’re not daft.
I think it’s bonkers that people can’t see the issue with this appointment.

Sadly they are bonkers. The guy should not be anywhere near the club!

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
Having spent 30 minutes going back over this, I really don’t think I want to be an O’s fan right now. The Cash Convertors stand fiasco was bad enough, but this has done it for me. If you’re from south London you’ll know that the Terry family are absolute vermin, and I don’t want to be associated with them in any way, least of all one whose had a f*cking hair transplant.
I’m done.
I’m done.
