Another legend, my cat Ringo, whom I had to put down today and provided 12 years of joy to us. Often described as more like a dog than a cat. RIP. 🐈

One can never predict how one is going to react to news of the death of a famous person. It could be indifference, but Marianne Faithfull’s demise is one that touches me more than I expected it to.
