Explain Justin then.
DOF got very lucky that Justin was happy to work with the assistant Managers in place, I can’t see anyone working with all the assistant managers currently at the club.
 You're such a clown :clown

They need to get that appointment rolling now and get them in asap. Need some stability and proper leadership otherwise the summer recruitment is going to be an even bigger mess than what we have now.
Perhaps Fletcher got it right when he stated that most of the players were not good enough.
Bingo . No wonder he didn't last long. The truth hurts .

Craig looked fed-up.
Yeah, collectively we are a bit short of confidence right now
Yeah, It's up to individual players to look at themselves and step up
Yeah, Two points from 2 home games is not good enough
Yeah, Players have to look at themselves and see the effort they are putting in and do more

Not the most positive of interviews and it makes me wonder what tensions are developing between some players as I've seen some having a go at each other in the last 4 games.
Did not stay around to see Clays interview. He’s lucky in my view that the only reason he is in the team is that there is no one to take his place. There is definitely something going on behind the scenes that fans do not know about. A number of players in the squad know they are not getting contract extensions and just seeing out the season. Based on the last 4 games there are very few players in the first team squad who deserve new contracts and of those who will be offered deals some will want to move on. Nigel saying we want to try for the playoffs was a way to keep interest going. 1 shot on target in the last 2games and having over 60% of play says it all. The players look tired and clueless. Unfortunately the situation is not going to be solved in a short time. I feel sorry for Jobi as the situation is worse than when Justin came in. It will take a lot of time with so many payers to be replaced.
If it's not the tactics but something else going on behind the scenes then our situation is crying out even louder now for an experienced manager to be brought in and sort this mess out .

So if you run 10 miles regularly you shouldn't expect to achieve faster times or be able to run further?
Correct, you'd need to do speed work, hills, and longer distances to achieve that
Damn, must have been something other than two 10 mile runs a week for five weeks that consistently improved my times and helped me to build up to half marathon distance then.
You're missing the fact that you did something different as you weren't doing the 10 mile runs before. Once you've been doing them consistently you won't see any gains

Two x 10 mile runs per week is about the worst training you can do.

Sitting at home drinking beer, eating peanuts and watching tv is probably worse tbh
