Somewhere along the line Travis seemed to realise too and dispensed with the "conveyor line of home grown talent" ideal to hire a proven winner with a squad full of senior pros. Success followed and we've been a proper shithouse side whilst doing it, finishing rock bottom of the fair play table for League 2 was great to see.

If it was for Nigel Travis we'd probably be sharing the Spotted Dog Ground with Clapton FC, playing in a minor Essex league.
