I've read that it can take days or weeks for a death to be reported.

Yesterday's was also lower, but I take your point since Sundays have seemed to be a fair bit lower generally.
I thought this was Monday ! :o

Let's hope that it is slowing down.

Surprise, Surprise he is at it again. Nobody should be in any doubt that certain shipments and orders are being hijacked by this criminal in the Oval Office. This will affect many countries especially poorer countries. He has blood on his hands.

Fox News which is really "Fake news" should be shut down and people held to account.

We haven't even peaked yet.

The prediction for the UK is really scary:

I wonder why?

Have you read that article in full? You know, beyond the headline?

If yes, was there anything questionable about the figures you noticed?

That article was contradicted by another one published barely two hours later in the Guardian by the same journalist.

In other news, a pointless letter received this morning - from a Prime Minister that clearly didn't have the ability to practice what he preaches.

£5.7 Million of Tax-payers money - basically p!ssed up the Swanee.

I wonder how much Personal Protective Equipment for NHS staff that could have paid for?

Well done Tories!

That's today's figure.

Yeah, that's correct. And my figure doesn't look like a typo so must have copied an old number in by mistake - my bad.

I watched the press briefing today and they said the curve was showing a downward curve or an flattening one.

Were they wrong?

As outlined within the article in The Guardian that I referred to (and linked) earlier.

It is projected that the UK will account for around 40% of Europe's deaths. Worrying, given that we aren't due to peak until around a weeks' time?

At the end of the day, a fair degree of blame clearly has to be pointed at this utterly useless, incompetent Tory Government. Tory sychophants will obviously defend them; and argue otherwise. However, their defence, proven by these increasing numbers, is now embarrassingly wafer-thin.

- Meanwhile, still we await NHS Staff to even be tested!

- Still we await NHS Staff to have correct PPE!

- Still we await the rest of us to be tested.

- And still we await a true figure of the number of respirators that will become available; and by when.

As each day passes, the UK Government briefings are becoming even more desperate, unconvincing, utterly incredulous.

It is clearly apparent that this crisis is being handled by a shambolic, clueless, lying Government.

May God have mercy upon us.

I read somewhere that the tories have brought one of Lynton Crosbys boys back into the fold to manage public perception of their handling of this. People are dying and all they’re worried about us PR.

You were abusing a pensioner on here for raising concerns about NHS capacity

You also proudly bragged about going to the pub when the government advised not to

Already answered that in a previous post......do keep up.

With all due respect, I hear first hand about N.H.S. capacity; to the extent that I probably know more about it than people such as yourself, who appear to rely purely upon the MSM.

Moreover, instead of the usual 'whataboutery', how about addressing the points within a post; instead of quoting it; but then diverting from the content within?
