Given the inordinate amount of time it appears to be taking to appoint Tackett/Jisdale - is there a chance we’ve binned both and seen what a great prospect we had in Jobi.
Not a chance.

Im over it fella .
I dont think the club will be in 5 years time though .
The club will be where the will be, Jobi wasnt showing any signs of lighting the world on fire, so I doubt this will have any real impact on the future of the club. The last season of Ross and Jobi was probably a mistake too setting the club back a year in development. But whats done is done.
Jobi didnt need to set the.world on fire .
Jobi wasnt given an awful lot of a chance .
No transfer window , No players.of his own
No staff of his own .
Tisdale hasnt set the world on fire lately has he
Jackett 4 years at Pompey no promotions
Hardly setting the world on fire is it .
Jobi was young & ripe for the job .
Ripe or too ripe?
I disagree with what you are saying I could not see enough change from Jobi to Ross. If time was a factor why not give Ross another season to see? He would have built on last season and continuity might have helped like you said.
But i do agree with your right to say it, how marvelous it is that we can have a friendly decussion respecting each others views.

Arsenal are doing what you want to to do with Jobi except he had way more experience.

That is polite and i am sorry if i didnt know your views, but you are entitled to them as me to mine. If i upset you i apologise and hope you can take my contructive critism in the spirit it is ment. At the end of the day it appears i have not changed your mind and i regretfully inform you your opinion hasnt changed mine, in fact it probably has cemented my recalling of the events this season. So i echo my wish for you to get over the decisions that have you so worked up.

If Jobi decides to go down the manager route at another club I'm sure he'll prove you and a lot of other people wrong . I just know there's a good manager in Jobi. I think it's a shame he didn't get the chance to manage better new players at Orient.

To get into the play offs, we'd have required a run of W10 D4 L2. That was never realistic.
