I disagree with what you are saying I could not see enough change from Jobi to Ross. If time was a factor why not give Ross another season to see? He would have built on last season and continuity might have helped like you said.
But i do agree with your right to say it, how marvelous it is that we can have a friendly decussion respecting each others views.

If Jobi decides to go down the manager route at another club I'm sure he'll prove you and a lot of other people wrong . I just know there's a good manager in Jobi.
