Things are working out perfectly for Johnson.
Since his election victory he had several holidays, fathered yet another child with yet another woman.
Then there were warnings of a global epidemic ……
Johnson wasn't bothered about that. He was too busy with his Brexit glory bongs, building a bridge between NI and Scotland, planning his attack on the Supreme Court who had dared to frustrate his wishes. Oh, and planning his paternity leave.

When the Corona virus came closer to his kingdom, he told us that many families will lose loved ones …
Herd immunity was his plan - survival of the fittest (presumably those who don't need expensive health & social care ?) Just let the virus take it's course …

When even he realised that the people were horrified about the number of deaths he tried to use the pandemic for elevating himself to the saintliness of Princess Diana. She was revered for shaking hands with Aids patients …. so he boasted of shaking hands with all the hospital patients he encountered.
What a silly boy he was (and possibly a liar on this, too, as hospital staff would not have allowed him anywhere near COVID patients).
Try as he might, he will not get anywhere near her public respect.

Now that he has been diagnosed with the virus, he can claim victimhood and excuse himself from all the responsibility of his government's handling of this national disaster. Instead of analysing his actions and responsibilities as PM, he now is freed from accountability and can continue to present himself as the country's saviour.

The SUN is duly obliging and continuing their mission.

When this country needs intelligent and responsible leadership, we got a sh*t show!

Gove has gone into hiding, Rishi promised much and will deliver very little. At present Hancock is the fall guy.

I for one am so glad that Boris has recovered as the nation would hate to be deprived of a nationally-broadcast and taxpayer funded wedding. That is only fair, as the public has missed out on sharing the joy of that toothy daughter of Fergy and Andy’s nuptials.

S.Korean scientists reported on this a few days ago. 91 patients who had "recovered" from the virus then tested positive for it again. They're not sure if it's a new infection or just a relapse but not encouraging that's for sure.

If that's the case, then the much vaunted antibody test will be about as much use as a chocolate teapot

I would think that's most likely a false negative test in the middle. The type if test used for an active infection is notorious for it, they are useful for confirming someone has a particular infection not really for giving someone the all clear. Better than 80% accuracy would be pretty good.

An antibody test is usually more accurate, a home pregnancy test works in the same way.
