A fan at the meet the manager night praised Embleton's professional approach to dealing with the "aggresive fan". Embleton said this guy has been screaming at him like a madman and confirmed that the guy shat his pants when he asked him to talk to him like a normal human.

I'm not buying that. Approaching a very aggressive fan is an act of aggression in itself and is therefore completely and utterly unprofessional. Its the players not the fans he needs to be talking to.

I was there nothing of the sort happened, screaming no, shouting yes it was very windy remember, Ross was a long way off, so you gotta shout to attract him about 20- 30 people there to try and hear conversation, no aggression involved or madmen either, NO one shat there pants both sides spoke, no insults shouted. I would suggest you ask so called "fan" that said that happened to go through his memory again. Ross deliberately picks a conversation with supporters when his team losses to hide his dreadful team performance/selection. someone ain't telling the truth, Fan or Ross

Ross stated last night that this fan was screaming at him like a madman and totally out of order.
Someone ain't telling the truth.

Could have been a seperate incident. There's more than one unhappy madman.

I can quite honestly say I wasn't screaming like a mad man or indeed being 'very aggressive'
I can also confirm that I didn't shat my pants as I was able to drive home in the attire I arrived in.

That's exactly what I'd expect an aggressor who shat his pants to say.

Personally I think RE should be a little more professional as this is the third time he has, unjustifably, labelled me 'really aggressive' or 'being a madman' on media outlets. Firstly during the after match interview, then in the East London Guardian and again last night at the Meet the Manager night.

Agreed. That should bring this thread to a close unless someone wants to dump more aggression on it.

I thought the Guy who said
" Ross i liked the way you dealt with the bloke who was sreaming & shouting at you ".
Ross replied i spoke to him calmly he listened we exchanged a couple of sentences & he didnt want to hear anymore. So we agreed to disagree.
He confirmed nothing about sh*tting of under garments,
He just moved onto speak to others who were a little friendlier.
I kind of said that already .918

It's pretty much in character for St Ross though, isn't it? All those nasty fans, and opposition managers, and trolls on social media bullying him.
NGL this isn't really the look I'm expecting from a successful professional football manager.

Ooh I'm calling it. Pot, kettle etc.
Can you not see the manager may have been just a little unprofessional by not just ignoring the fan like the 91 other League managers do?

Ross only spoke to one person at end of the game, the guy on here who says it was him, no argument no one shat their pants, no punches 20-30 people there who can confirm that, when Ross left, didn't see him talk to anyone else, he engineered it for the sake of post match interview just like Mark Cooper spat, playing the sympathy card, it's a yawning casm between Justin and Ross now. One deserved our praise, the other?

Ross spoke to the guy calmly?
He sounds like another one who can’t handle someone else’s opinion.
