They guy just does not have the experience. He is learning on the job in the hope he is a quick learner and knows what the f*** to do ready for next season. The club playing the long game. In the meantime us fans can f*** off.

Well in that case that would make them a bunch of you know what..simple!

They aren't the poorest team in the league.

I was saying we needed to bring back Russell as soon as Ross said he was stepping down. Russell has the experience and knows extremely well what our club is all about .

Redwarf that's a ridiculous assessment from you, why would the players do that already 3 games in?
Not a great performance from what I've read but still give the man a chance.
Some of you have made your mind up on Fletcher already & some the same people who did the same on Ross.
I said on here before the Grass isn't always Greener.

Tell you what see if you can Pep's number see if he'd be interested in managing us but ask him what colour socks he wears first in case some of you don't like them.

I still can't get over starting the game today with most of our attacking players on the bench . Although I'm quite used to us losing I can't help feeling very angry at the moment . Today was total sh*t .

This is tosh.

We had a very offensive bench, for sure.

Which non attacking player would you have replaced from the starting lineup?

He clearly wasn't . Didn't we all say we needed an experienced manager . Fletcher hasn't managed for 6 years and it's beginning to show . If I was him I would bring in a couple of loan signings ASAP . Today was totally unacceptable
How did this guy get through the interview stages to the last four ?
I find his interviews irritating and a real turn off so far.

Of course it’s too early to be writing him off. But the evidence so far is not looking good.

The only person that is a disgrace and an insult to all Orient fans is you.

A manager " learning on the job" was the last candidate we needed considering the past five or six years we've had to endure.

Against the bottom team we should have gone there all guns firing . We didn't and lost . Only one man to blame .

It's what we deserve going to the bottom team with such negative tactics. It's totally unacceptable and to think Fletcher was deemed the best candidate . Bloody Hell !!
And from all accounts, we had to pay Bournemouth to get Fletcher.
Right from the start, seemed a rather strange appointment to me and having seen his interviews, does not raise any enthusiasm at all so far.
Jesus wept. He's been here five minutes.

Veey disappointing result for sure. But from what you say it's almost like Orient had the right to go there and do whatever we liked and it doesn't matter about the other 11 players on the pitch who we are playing against. You do understand that it's not just about Orient, right?

I think the 11 on the pitch need to take some responsibility for the loss too - don’t you?

Apart from when we were 20th under Ross, playing 5-3-2 and rolling over for anyone who played us? Players weren't exactly busting a gut for him either at times.

Squad isn't good enough, fitness isn't good enough. Big changes and big money spend required in January or we're in big trouble.

When you move up a level you invest and strengthen the squad. We sold our best assets and failed to improve on what we had in key areas. This is the result.

Yes, correct and that's why I said if I was Carl I would be looking at bringing in a couple of loans players . Today he should have seen where our dead wood is . Maybe go back to Bournemouth and borrow one or two of their fringe players for at least a couple of months

Agreed . If today hasn't shown Carl where our weaknesses are than nothing will. The club thought he was the best man for the job so now they have to back him up in the transfer/loan market before we slip into relegation trouble .
