Going to struggle if Smyth is out for a while. We’ve picked up points when not playing well from Smyth’s ‘worldies’ .
We’ve struggled to create much recently.
Need the likes of Moncur, Drinan, Theo, Ruel to step up to the plate.

I think you're are forgetting about that back then it was only 2 points for a win whereas today its 3 points.
I gave the 55/56 team 3 points for a win when I figured it out
Fair enough, but you can't make a comparison with a team, or indeed football in general, from nearly 70 years ago.

Chief crazy horse wrote: Sat Dec 31, 2022 12:25 am Fact of the matter is we haven't been playing like a top of the table side for a while now. There's a problem with scoring and creating chances, let's face it. When we get forward the expectation of scoring is not there like it was. I think even RW is still unsure as to what our best attacking formation is with the players he has at his disposal. A bit of a worry this.
Surely this is a wind up? No one can be this stupid surely? 6 games unbeaten with 4 wins and 4 successive clean sheets?

That's right, I'm moaning about our current form, and 'performances'. Nothing to write home about for about the last five or six games. Below average for a top of the table side. The saving grace at the moment is our solid defence.

Then I suggest you word your criticisms better, because you come across as suggesting that 6 games unbeaten with 4 wins and 4 successive clean sheets is poor form.

Your just one of those people that will just always have hate in them and will never be happy, we're in such a strong position and your're still miserable

Don't worry, when Northampton beat us on Monday you'll feel great inside, telling us you've been right about everything - you'll be happy again because you'll be proven right about everything - like those friendly results back in the summer - or have you forgotten about those as well?

And you're just one of those people that doesn't look realism in the eye. You are only arguing the toss because we're top of the league -that's the easy way out. I'm talking more about performances and they've been below par for some time now. And I would suggest to you that saying I have 'hate' when talking of my lifelong love for Leyton Orient is just plain ignorance. I don't really know why I discuss with somebody so silly as yourself - it's quite laughable really.
And I see you've covered yourself either way win or lose for the Northampton game. As if people can't see this ! I hope very much for a victory on Monday but I can't see it.....pick the bones out of that statement.

In case you don’t want to click on the link, we’re 1st in the L2 form table. 14 points from 18. 4 wins, 2 draws.

You need to be more clearer when dicsussing topics within your statements then, your performances when writing these statements out have been below par for sometime now.

Don't worry, when we lose again this season you'll be happy because you will be right.

Who says I'm not enjoying this season and being top of the table ? You're just not getting it are you. You're as bad as the other bloke. Our performances over the last 5or 6 games have been pretty average for a side heading the division. I'm not enthused at all about our play over this period. This is a separate thing from being top of the table and five points clear. Can you understand the difference..

Well, there's nothing more to say to you especially with that last paragraph. It's too stupid for words. Just so sad...
Ps: I think we will lose on Monday, draw at best. But I do hope I'm wrong...

Who's the 'rest of us'?....Don't kid yourself ! You sound like a bored person with not very much to do in life. One thing is for sure you don't read posts very well and have no insight. Or maybe you do and you just want to pick out an argument with someone.
Ps. Oh, and by the way, don't get too excited about my last post, i was joking. You're right, I'll be delighted if we fail to win on Monday...
