Humans can fail to develop as it is clear in many ways , Caster Semenya is 1 example ,Someone with a hair lip another, Schizophrenia ,Dwarfism , spina bifida etc.

What we can not determine is how physical defect differentiates with emotional defect & how that effects any of us as most of us are relatively happy in the body we are in .
