Doesnt anyone see the irony in that is it done after the national anthem for the national team, if we are going to do it we should do it right because it just seems to be the new minutes silence.

People should be allowed to follow their own beliefs without criticism. Why simply follow the herd. The I in team is management bullshit.

If you are the only vegetarian in the team, should you eat meat just to fit in. Of course not. There is space within any team to cater for individual differences. Tolerance and understanding. That is how you help build a strong team, not forcing someone to go against their beliefs.
