A very old man does something to raise money for something that is a NATIONAL service. The NHS is not registered as a charity.
Respect to him for trying to help. But should a statutory national service (we all pay contributions!) become a charity?
So now Johnson is 'weaponising' the old man's endeavors, trying to profit from the public goodwill to boost his manufactured persona of a PM who is fit for the job.

Nice to see admin getting a little edgy with his humour. It will end up being double standards of course. The minute someone makes a racist or homophobic joke they will be instantly banned. You are missing the point. I don’t mind racist or homophobic jokes for instance I find Bernard Manning funny. Somewhere along the way though it’s been deemed that we are not allowed to laugh at or have comedians on the tv that tell those type of jokes anymore. Someone had decided they are off limits to my ears. Telling jokes about captain Tom doing a Pooh I personally find distasteful however for the moment this type of joke still allowed and quite rightly. I make not like it but other people do. Who makes these rules. We are supposed to live in a free society. Why should I be dictated too.

And I'm certain that if you read the joke enough times, you'll understand that the butt of it (fnarr fnarr) wasnt SCTM.
