I doubt Russia or China take any note of what’s going on in the USA. Neither us or the USA are superpowers anymore. I would imagine they think the USA is of so little significance that it is not worthy of any thought.

When the Sept lockdown began I was on a cricket weekend tour. Portugal was a no go so we settled for a weekend playing in Margate. At the time , the rule of 6 applied and there was 18 of us. We struggled to get a drink anywhere , even in Weatherspoons , because even in 3 groups of 6 they new we were together.
At the end of the night and having given up trying to get a drink , we called an Indian restaurant and immediately booked a table for 18. When we arrived , there was already a table of 8. We stayed until 1am.
Is that proof or racism

I am guessing that , without anyone ever directly saying it , some boarders assume that some Asians are not following the rules hence why Redbridge is high up the infection list.

Half the group were Asians. I was jokingly trying to enforce the wrong view that Redbridge is top of the list because Asians don’t follow the rules. I don’t think any of us have done well enough really
