Would take McCallum over Kelman any day. Not necessarily saying McCallum is better but he's more in line with what we need. Kelman is the some sort of player as Forde, who doesn't get into the game with our style of play.

McCallum always struck me has having some attitude issues, which might explain why his goalscoring record hasn't got him bigger moves.
You've seen us without the ball, right?
More to the point have you seen us with the ball the few games 🤷‍♀️
Exactly my point.

Same argument applies to people rallying around Moncur.

Can't believe we are discussing this bloke as an option, he's about as far from a Wellens player as it's possible to be. If we are strapped for cash this coming window and it is Kelman who comes in then that could work; it's not necessarily the goals he will score himself but like last year, its the chances his game creates for the wide men up front. A Jordan Graham replacement is a must.

I've never seen a player with less self awareness than McCullum. He had no idea what he could or should do when we were out of possession, and, if he scored, would coast through the rest of the game with an 'I've done my bit' attitude.

It goes to prove how desperate we are for a half decent goal scorer . Incidentally, at League One level that’s certainly not McCallum .

I see that Paul Smyth has been relegated to bench boy already. Has he actually scored for them yet?

I think he’s scored once for them but I’m not sure

Went to this game. Smyth has been starting apparently and he looked very sharp when he came on for Kelman. Kelman on the other hands was so clearly not up to championship standard it was baffling he stayed on as long as he did. A bit of grumbles about him from the fans around me as well.

I’m not arguing for us to re-sign McCallum.
All I have said is that I think he’s a good striker and that he is a great header it the ball.
I do agree that he was not exceptional when he played for us though.
I wish him well as McCallum is quite prolific these days
