This isn't really about you though. As long as your respectful of what players clearly feel is an important gesture, then it doesn't really matter, but it's odd to me that so many white fans feel the need to moan about it when it's not about them.

One way we can do this is respect those that do choose to take a knee, especially when no one is asking us to.

You can! When they kneel, which is something you do not wish to do (and fine, completely understand that), you can have a more appropriate to you minute silence.
