That's unfair and wrong. I'm sure he does not read this and nobody was really on his back at the ground. Results at the time of the decision spoke.
Apart from the ones who abused him and his wife at Colchester? And never mind here, the slating he got on Twitter was horrendous. 'Results at the time' just shows how ridiculous this all is - it was a month ago and we're barely in October now. Hounded out is entirely fair.
It's no surprise that once he ditched the negative tactics results picked up. He didn't have the confidence to do that whilst in post but seems to have gone for it a bit knowing he's going back to his preferred role.

Alabi scoring is proper twilight zone stuff though

Amazing. Who would have thought that only four weeks ago . What a great turnaround in form for us and long may it continue .

Dumped the 5-3-2, brought in Harrold. Changes speak for themselves.

Fair do's to James Alabi. Very good today that's the sort of impact we need from him, good pace and a very tidy finish.

Totally unbelievable if you look at his scoring rate since he joined us.I suppose by the law of averages he had to score eventually.
Certainly no reason to keep him in the squad, as even Widdowson scored the other week

Incredible result. Didn't see this coming but we've got some good momentum for Fletcher now.

Also pleased for Alabi, been last chance saloon for him for ages now, but with a new manager in the slate is clean again and he has bought himself some more time. That's the very type of sub appearance that we want out of him.

I can’t remember the last time we won 4-0 home or away. Whenever we have got 4 or 5 we usually seem concede 1.

Well done Ross on your Interim time.

Good luck Carl

Good to see such a spread of scorers too. Most pleased by the cleansheets though. Was a big fan of Brill & Coulson but had been starting to lose the faith this season after we were conceding so many goals. Redeemed in the eyes of this fickle fan - sorry for the doubt guys!

It was less than a year ago. 27 October last year.

Just listened to the full time scores on the radio in case it had been a dream.
Sounded really good.

Blimey, Orient winning 4-0 away from home! Who saw that coming? I think we can certainly be talking of promotion this season.

This is just the usual Poundhill nonsense. First of all you contradict yourself with your second line and then you think we shouldn't keep him in the squad when we're shorthanded up front and he's shown he can be useful during this time.

TBF though mate , with a new manager coming in everybody deserves to start with a clean slate .Hopefully that goal will give him some confidence to go on and do better.

I thought Grimsby looked like a NL side, their forwards wasted a few clear chances.
