His attitude must be crap though. If he can’t even be bothered to get fit then he’s no good to man or beast.
What I want to know is why is his god not helping him with fitness. Isn't there something in the Bible about sloth and indolence?
God has also given him free will which means
he can eat as many Big Mac’s as he wants.
Isn't there something in the Bible about Gluttony and Gobble Gannets?

Biggsy, what happened to yesterday's announcement following Monday's medical?
New club dragging their heels. Probably wants to take him to a carvery on Sunday first

Hope I am wrong, but to me, speaking as a complete outsider as to what is actually going on..............sounds as if GM may be digging in his heels to stop at the Os and see out the remaining year of his well paid contract, even if it means he will only play a very limited amount of games, hmm, we shall see what follows in this continuing saga.

This will get sorted once Wellens/Ling get back from Spain.

If he's going to stay he has to lose some timber and pull his finger out .

Could have said the same word for word this time last year.

For me GM has to be the biggest let down. Thought like many on here he would be the go to man but unfortunately it hasn’t worked out that way. Think maybe the club might have done its due diligence a little better perhaps and asked the question why does a championship player want to drop two divisions?and why did a championship club let him go so easily?. However that is all in the past and hopefully lessons have been learnt. Yes I know he’s local but as a footballer surly you would want to stay at the highest level you can? Has he seen playing for the O’s a bit of a holiday, who knows. He has the ability but no stamina so to my mind it’s more of a health issue with him and perhaps that’s why there are not many takers even if the club are willing to pay some of his wages to off load.

Does appear to be something like that.
Seems to me like that the Christian religion is the centre of George's life.

Moncour is injured, that's why he didn't travel to Spain
Not going anywhere atm other than the treatment table.

Wonder why Pegrum has his shirt number ??
We have just over a month to get rid, but obviously he needs to be fit first.

Might well be wrong but don’t think squad numbers have been released for 2024/25 yet

That is correct. Moncur must be badly injured if he can`t travel.

The rumour from the Chigwell training ground is he is unfit and overweight so staying behind to do some conditioning work with one of the physios.
With the weather in Malaga being over 40 degrees it wouldn't be ideal for Monks.
Must be a different Moncour then in Loughton then

Apparently Hutchinson was in the squad on Thursday but wasn't used
, I wonder if that means Moncur is staying and Hutchinson is not

He should be back for the game against Dagenham on Saturday. A club was interested to sign him before we travelled to Spain, but the offer was not good enough for us. RW (on Phoenix FM) wants to give him another chance.

He was offered a new deal by Colchester, but I think going to a Scottish club the rules around the compensation are different.

I think that we are just stuck with Moncur. Doubt very much whether he will ever be properly be fit and just doesn't appear to be that interested.
