Who else does the manager have? He can only pick the players in this squad.
The players he brought in you mean
Did he? There is a transfer committee. They make their decisions based on value to the club and he bases his on who he wants.
The defence are the same as last season and the GK coach recommended Brynn.
Forde had a half decent season in non-league. Howes had a half decent career in non-league.
We have 1 fit winger and are forced to play wing backs - not the formation he wants to play. When he does go 4 at the back, he’s forced to play strikers on the wings who both want to come inside.
We have a wage thief in the squad who is supposed to be the creative hub but he does f*** all other than eat.
Orient are exactly where everyone expected them to be come the end of the season.
Yes he did and you know it, you’re just being pedantic, so we don’t score a lot of goals last season and he brings in a plethora of midfielders when everyone knew we were crying out for forwards.i respect your views but I don’t agree.

So long as we don't finish in the bottom four I'd be pleased .
Exactly that, we need to win the games that matter v teams in bottom half of table and if we finish 5th from bottom then we can remain a L1 side next season and build on that!

Big gap in class today. We have been poor and Bolton right at it.
And therein lies the problem. Didn't recruit L1 proven quality and it's showing badly against all but the very worst sides
Or trying to outplay a better side Is stupidity and where Wellens lacks and won't let go of his ideals
That's right. Stubborn.

Fully deserved. Much better 10 minutes. Shaq should have had another as well.

My point, Wellens doesn’t know his team ,players or tactically,we alway go behind then he starts sorting things out. Why wait till the second half every time.

The team Is good enough, twice now, Wellens has got the right team but only after the subs
Pratley and miz in the middle makes it so much more solid and gives the team confidence

Amazing what we can do when we have a midfield. Pratley massively underrated.

Bloody Nora . We've scored again . This is what happened against Oxford but we couldn't quite get the equaliser . How many more times are we going to try and pull a rabbit out of the hat before we start to play .

We look like a completely diff team in 2nd half, whatever RW has said it’s working.
El Miz & Pratts giving O’s something to build attacks from and Theo, Forde and Piggot look lively and look like scoring and are scoring.
It couldn’t happen could it

It did against Gillingham one February Tuesday evening, many moons ago, with Matty Lockwood getting a hat-trick.
