They can't just enforce what some commentators and ministers think SHOULD be the law, but in fact, isn't the law. There's absolutely nothing stopping people legally walking in the lake district. Scary how quickly we could turn into a police state, without proper care.

I'll be very interested to see how long lockdown will take place before people start rebelling and 'breaking the law' because there's a tipping point where people dont want to waste their lives sitting at home, doing nothing.
There's nothing wrong with people walking in the Lake District if they live close to the Lake District but it is if they are driving miles to get there when they can just as easily walk closer to home.
In Ireland people are now restricted to travelling no further than 2km from home but I haven't heard any moans about Ireland becoming a police state.

If people do start rebelling and 'breaking the law' because they are bored and have no respect for others then tag them, monitor them and fine them for every unnecessary outing.
And if they continue to offend and contribute to deaths?

What then?
I don't know. You?

Perhaps, as they have made deliberately coughing at someone a form of assault, they could include it as a form of manslaughter?

Good old Nigel Fararse strikes again. For a man who has already had pneumonia twice and smokes like a chimney, he needs to take this virus very seriously.

You’re missing my point. Don’t want to go all spen about it but there’s absolutely nothing in the new laws stopping your travelling any sort of distance to take exercise...

That’s all fine as we stand. Fast forward 3-4 months and I think one by one everyone will start flouting the rules because it’s no way to live.

Generally you know that person and form an option upon their behaviour towards yourself. So as you've never met him, spoke to him and he's done you no harm you dislike him?

Ok.

I'd suggest you relax a bit more in your life and enjoy it a bit more and smile and laugh some.

Some might consider that this charlatan has caused them considerable harm simply by the influence his lies and nonsense have had on the political and constitutional direction that their country has taken.

I'd suggest it is possible to form an opinion on someone without actually meeting them (I don't think we've met, have we? ;) )

So you're a fan of Corbyn ?

Maybe Hitler & Stalin or Pol Pot or Pinochet ?

As youve never met any of them or had harm done to you by any of them , i suppose you like all of them by your reckoning.

Thory boy im as relaxed as anyone can be .

I smile & laugh constantly .
If i read some of what you write im rolling around crying with laughter & bellyaches.

Maybe next time you'll say something sensible

Consider the prospect that the next pandemic will be transmitted to humans via our pets.
To preserve human life extermination teams will be despatched to all households with pets.
Vetenarians records are being checked and all members of the public are advised to report any animal ownership to the authorities so necessary actions can be taken to protect human life.
