Coronavirus and mental health

Post by Fanny »

UpminsterO just made a very good point on another which which was unfortunately used by another user to continue yet another of his tedious feuds.

However, I wanted to repeat what Upminster said because I think it’s important.

We are in very anxious times. A lot of people are worrying. People are concerned about their friends, families and colleagues.

It’s also very likely, as many of us are being advised to spend more time indoors until further notice, that people will be using forums such as this a bit more.

With this in mind, I would like to echo UpminsterOs original suggestion that the abuse, trolling and cyber bullying on here needs to stop. We all know the main offenders.

Let’s make this place a pleasant refuge.

Whilst I appreciate that his comments may have upset you can we please avoid turning this thread into a personal feud. One thread has already been ruined by somebody attempting to do that.

Did the comment above seriously have a negative impact on you or your mental well being? If so, I’d advise having a word with the mods and see if they are willing to take action because it’s not on if it really is impacting you.

Yes it was ruined by you Huxley.

You personal vendetta against Lucky 7 is like that of a playground bully !!

Think on that before you start to discuss MENTAL HEALTH & its Effects.

Not that i think L7 would be afflicted by your personal vendetta .

Water off of a ducks back.

Bit like it was with me & upminsterO's comments .

It’s a shame you think that. I was merely pointing out that the message was a positive one.

I’m glad to hear that UpminsterOs comments aren’t having a serious impact on you.

Whilst I don’t want to derail this thread too much i’d like to point out that my “personal vendetta” against Lucky7 isn’t so much a vendetta as a reaction to the fact that he both threatened to “cross paths” with me at an Orient game and also set up a fake account pretending to be me on another message board and proceeded to abuse individuals who are members of both boards using my name. He’s not an innocent victim here if that’s why you’re implying.
